How did I build it?

I led the end-to-end development from concept to implementation, partnering with engineering to create the architecture and integration points. We built it using our existing design system components and voice guidelines as the foundation, then added AI capabilities to generate contextual variations. 1. The Challenge: Global Scaling at 371K Strings

  • The Problem: Content was a manual bottleneck. Designers and PMs spent hundreds of hours manually mapping text to code.

  • The Scale: Managing 11 squads and 20+ languages resulted in a 371,000-string audit that exposed systemic failures in our localization pipeline (specifically blocking the Korean market).

  • The Goal: Move from "Reactive Copywriting" (manual tickets) to "Proactive Systems" (automated workflows).

2. The Build: Bridging Tone with Technology

  • The Goal: I wanted to ensure that every string generated by our teams didn't just "work," but felt "on-brand" by default.

  • The Execution: I used a Logic-First approach to bridge Brand Guidelines with Engineering. Instead of just writing a manual, I programmatically embedded our voice and tone constraints into a custom Figma plugin.

  • Technical Implementation: I focused on the translation of brand attributes into code logic. By structuring our guidelines as the "ruleset" for the plugin, I ensured the automation output remained high-quality and consistent with our global standards.
